Postage
Your glass will be carefully packaged and sent within five working days of the item being made. If you need a gift in a hurry please contact us and we may be able to post items the same day.
Returns and Refunds
We will exchange or refund any items you are not happy with. Goods are to be returned in original and unused condition within seven days of receipt of goods. Please contact us prior to returning your parcel and please ask for proof of postage from your post office.
If an item is damaged please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement, refund or repair.
